Prescription Drugs

Prescription pills are being abused in unprecedented numbers and they are easy to get.  Is that prescription bottle theirs?  What was it from and do they still need it?  Pill cutters, pieces of pills, devices to grate, razor blades or credit cards to crush it, straws, rolled bills or any hollow tube may indicate they are snorting them in an attempt to get a quicker high.
